Well I’m not certain if this is actually doing much because well, if my liver wasn’t functioning, I’d have jaundice and other problems. I started taking this because I’m a heavy drinker and my naturopath told me that NAC and Milk Thistle would be great supplements to help give liver support. The pills are easy to take although if you have a sensitive stomach definitely take it with a meal.^*

All of the ingredients are things that I've taken over the years in various forms and products and it's great to see these ingredients all in one quality product.^*

low dosage...not a lot of pills to take. seems to be working.^*

It contains important ingredients for a healthy liver, milk thistle, alpha lipoic acid and NAC. Also dandoelion root is a good detox. Plus some tumeric and grape seed , and vitamin C. There are not nasty " other ingredients " . I like it and will continue to use it.^*
